The "Innocent" Joke

COBB COUNTY, GA
On November 4, 2021, Cobb County Superior Court Judge, Robert E. Leonard II, Tweeted a "mock" order banning all Elves On The Shelves from Cobb County. Leonard's mock order went moderately viral on social media once news outlets were notified and the public response was generally positive. However, it did come with criticism from a few key members of Judge Leonard's jurisdiction that gave rise to further investigation into the motives of the Honorable Robert E. Leonard II's true motives. Read below and decide for yourself, was there perhaps more sinister inspiration behind Judge Leonard's "cute" joke?
